Is there a way we could apply the change detection but reading dynamically each orgine and revised input , because we have a large number of table to check

Sure, just make sure that the "Update detection key attributes" contain something that allows the transformer to know which Original feature is to be compared to each Revised feature to avoid comparing across tables. If you're comparing two different databases with the same schema, this could e.g. be table name.
