I’d like to replace our process of creating services in Esri portal.
Instead of adding data from our SDE database to an aprx and publishing it as a feature service. I’d instead like to publish the data as a feature service directly from FME.
I can do this using the Esri ArcGIS connector but it creates a hosted feature layer instead of referencing the data in the SDE database.
Is it possible to write a feature layer that references the SDE database instead of a hosted feature layer?
I’m using FME 2024.0.3.0 but have updated the Esri ArcGIS connector to the latest version.
