how can I query the feature count for each dataset in the

I think I have syntax problem , I have been referedto this document https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/query-feature-service-layer-.htm

but whenI put in the where clause in the reader : returnCountOnly

but I am getting an error

Yes can too

 

But I am looking to get only the count of the feature by usig the where clause option on the reader
