I have been getting the below errors while trying to send HTML file in FME workbench 2023.2

PythonFactory output feature was rejected downstream. Check the logfile above for details
An error has occurred. Check the logfile above for details
Error encountered while calling method `input'
Emailer_CALLER (PythonFactory): PythonFactory failed to process feature


I am using Generic SMTP
