+4We are running FME server 2017.1.1.1 (s engines) on Windows Server 2012 R2. When calling a job manually it only runs once as well as when using the API, however all of our scheduled jobs run two times.
I have stopped the schedules and also deleted them and recreated with the same results.

Do you have FME Server set up with an active/active or active/passive architecture?
Do you find when you delete the schedules that one still runs even though you deleted it?
Have you tried creating a brand new test schedule? Does that start running twice?

I have created test schedule and they still run twice. There are single Schedules but they call the job twice. Our production and staging environments are Active/Passive but the Passive is offline.
