Does anyone have an example of setting the twist angle (rotation) of a CAD viewport ?

Does anyone have an example of setting the twist angle (rotation) of a CAD viewport ? I have succesfully created the viewports, set the extent, and scale. Now I want to rotate them. When I try settting the twist angle it messes up the extent .
