@27poonamjagdale​ You should be able to use FME to move your data ArcFM Fiber to Utility Network model. We haven't developed any template workspaces for Telecom migration at this point, but the principals will be the same:

• ensure your source data is squeaky clean by doing a thorough data quality audit
• understand your UN data model and whether it is classed as Basic, Simple, Complex (hi-fidelity). This will help you understand what data might need to be created during the migration.
