I'm using my own SMTP server for outgoing emails from FME Server, but on every workspace and automation that I use it on I have to enter the details again. It would be nice if there's a Web Connection for it.

Ditto. Having an SMTP connection or service running for this on FME Flow is a no-brainer to allow easy maintenance and use of settings.
For those who don't have Flow and while the old Emailer has been retired it could be a good option to provide a one-time/default SMTP config in Form that any workspace could use.

Wow, how is this not a thing. Makes so much sense!
I know, right. I have it saved as a Default on the Emailer transformer, so that is at least some help, but having to manually edit it in every automation is 😓

Would love this as well! Especially for ongoing maintenance, SMTP config always changes eventually leaving people scrambling.
