Warning when trying to clip with different spatial references

When trying to clip a raster to a polygon if the spatial extents don't match, no warning is given, no errors. Just no features are written out, but reports 'success'.

I agree, this is not good behaviour. We long ago decided we didnt' want to error out in such a case, (and we're willing to reconsider that...) but for sure we should do better.
