Take a 2-point line and return the inverse Vincenty geographic (WGS84) distance between the end points.

This is to eliminate distortion caused by any projection you might be using for points over a wide area.

I know Vincenty doesn't resolve with near-antipodal points but I'll live with that, just tell people 'hey its roughly 20,000 km for this one'.
