***Note from Migration:***

Original Title was: Version Control: Allow other files in Repositories to be versioned (e.g. Source Data, Custom Transformers)

Version Control is a great new feature that will allow users of FME Server to better track when FME Workspaces are uploaded to FME Server.

This idea is to extend functionality to cover items that are published with the workspace, such as Custom Transformers, and Source Data. (In other words, other data that also exists in the same Repository as the Workspace.)

Actually, I am quite surprised and did not notice until now that this was not supported. Version Control documentation and FME Server Authoring training manuals are not clear on this matter. If I read these, I conclude that all files published to the repository (including additional files checked during publishing) are included in versioning.

I would like to see this as soon as possible. For instance right now, we are including Excel files used for SchemaMapper in publishing. These really need to be included in the versioning mechanism.
