Trimble SSF and WPT Reader/Writer

I have recently spoke with Trimble Priority Support in regards to their SSF/DDF/WPT Reader/Writers. They explained to me that they are no longer supporting them. With no plans to upgrade or maintain them. They also lock users into using 32bit FME rather than 64bit.

Safe should take these over so they are not lost with future upgrades to FME.

We'll reach out to Trimble and see what arrangements could be made. If these plugins make use of other libraries of Trimble's, there may be no easy way forward. But we'll try.
