Brilliant idea!
I may have features that contain several text fields that need, for instance HTML encoding before writing them to some cloud service (like ArcGIS Online). In that case, my workbench will contain a chain of TextEncoders that all do the same, but with different attributes. It would be neat if I can encode several fields with only one transformer. It could have a dialogue similar to that of the Attribute Manager.
