Currently there appears to not be a way to relate an annotation to the transformer or reader to which it is attached. This would really help in creating documentation of FME work spaces, so one could get out what the source of the data in the reader is and the ports, and then also a annotation that describes why the workspace is reading that source, that kind of stuff.
