Telecom industry uses measurement devices that communicate via SNMP.

It would be useful if FME could read/send those SNMP messages and then be able to create a Network Management System (in Telecom industry).

Also this functionality would enable FME to control and monitor all kind of devices in other industries.

This could be realised through reader/writer, transformer and publisher protocol.
