Support for CGAL in FME

CGAL is an open source C++ library for powerfull geometry calculation. I would be nice to have some of it embeded in transformers. I'm thinking of something similar to the "TesseractCaller".

This could be very usefull to transform CAD-BIM-GIS data.

It seems that some of cgal libraries are already included (https://cdn.safe.com/resources/fme/FMEDesktop_Legal_Notices_2018.0.pdf), so it may be easier to point directly to the ones you want to see implemented.
