When I have some custom transformers fmx published within a repository I can not see them in the Add Items list to have them packaged within a project. Deploying projects is then limited to Custom Transformers that are stored under Home>Engine>Transformers (in UI).

I'd like to be able to package those that are located under FME Server epositoriesMyRepositoryfmeresourcesTransformers

I would also add that it's not currently possible to add custom transformers stored in Resources > Engine > Transformers. The entire Transformers folder can be added to a Project but it's not possible to select a single Transformer from within this folder. When moving from DEV to PROD I don't want to publish my entire folder of DEV custom transformers!

Looks like all of this functionality now exists (as of FME Server 2020.1.2.1 - maybe earlier).

Custom transformers can be added from a Repository by selecting the Custom Transformers option when adding Project contents.

Custom transformers (and any other items) can be added from the Resources > Engine > Transformers folder by navigating to that folder and selecting the individual item.

In FME 2023.1, you can add Custom Transformers directly to a Project via the UI. If that doesn't solve your problem let us know!
