I'm getting BIM data in nowhere space but I can get coordinates for control points, but I have no idea how to derive parameters A-L for the 3DAffiner.

Support 3D vectors in AffineWarper

We sometimes get las files that are non georeferenced. The AffineWarper is great for moving them to the correct position, but it doesn't elevate them to the right Z value. To do this we have to add an offsetter. If the AffineWarper used the vector Z values this extra transformer could be removed.
