It would be great to see a easier process built into the Server platform for managing SSL Certificates. ESRI and a couple other companies have invested heavily into building a UI and RESTful interface to help update SSL certs.

As somebody who is struggling with a recent loss of SSL certification functionality to FME Server (from a recent server update) I would love to see more enhancement to ensure connectivities don't break from "upgrades"
I agree. This aspect of the product is extremely lacking and that is an understatement. Nothing has changed on this front for years. :(
