Would more users like to see an option or prefer if the feature information window sorted exposed attributes in alphabetical order? Currently, the attributes are sorted by table order.

I would like that as an option. If it was something we could have table ordering but also the option of flipping between ascending/descending alphabetical order.
I would like to see it as an option too. I’d probably prefer to see them in table order 9 out of 10 times, but I can see it could sometimes be useful to sort them alphabetically.

Before version 2023.1 the attributes were in alphabetical order in the Feature Information. It was very useful because you could just put an underscore before attributes you want to track and you could find them right away.
It would also be nice to be able to sort them back to the original input order.

Table order would be most useful, with unexposed attributes in alpha order. But an option to switch to pure alpha would be useful to quickly find attributes where data tables are not too familiar
