+7I believe you are suggesting a Slack channel so that FME Certified Professionals can directly communicate with Safe's dev team? Then what do you mean by "integration" in this case? Sending Slack messages directly from FME Desktop or Server? And what would you communicate then? Bug reports or something?
By the way: if you create an incoming webhook on Slack, you can use an HTTPCaller to post JSON formatted messages to a channel. Easy to setup and works very smoothly! :)

BTW I'm racing to get a SlackConnector transformer into FME 2016.1. Will allow for automated chats between FME Professionals :-). A slack team is a different idea but one we've bounced around too. Interested in all feedback.

Hi @julien, we have integrated the ability to connect to Slack through a Web Connection and have added a SlackConnector transformer. You can check these out in our latest betas or in FME 2017.
I will change the status of this idea since we now support Slack. Should this feature or its implementation not address your concerns (if you were suggesting a Slack team), please let us know by leaving a comment.
