+25Outlook - reminder for when license expires: check. However when noone see that notification..... it expires and everything will be a disaster. So:
Auto send e-mail to all users (or only admins) - 7 days before a license expires - and also 1 day before. From FME Server.
This way all the users that do not know about licensing are atleast aware that the license might expire at a certain time - even though there is another person responsible for renewing the license.

I suppose that FME Server would send out this email after configuring an Email Server (SMTP) in System Configuration similar to when enabling the Reset Password option – is that what you had imagined? And for the selection of recipients, would you prefer to select Roles or Users – or just have the All or fmeadmin Role options as suggested?
If anyone wanted to test a workflow,... you could setup an FME Workspace on FME Server to poll GET /licensing/license/status daily and parse the expiryDate (and/or isLicenseExpired) from the JSON response – then using either an Emailer or Email Subscription the reminder emails could be setup.

+14With the new System Events feature in FME Server 2019.0, we have added License Expiry as one of the notification types. This should help make sure those jobs are always processing! Check it out in the latest FME Server 2019.0 betas.
