***Note from Migration:***

Original Title was: Select data in compressed files (eg. .zip) downloaded from an URL same way as from local files

Data downloaded from the web occasionally reside in subfolders of a .zip file.

When it is a file on the local network, files can be selected from the archive like myFile.zip[datamyData.gpkg]. It would be great if the same worked with data from an URL, instead of downloading the .zip file to a temporary file and opening it with a FeatureReader.
