Replace option for uploading workspaces with the same name repeatedly

Uploading the same named workspace seems to make no changes sometimes. (cached maybe?) current Workarounds are - rename the workspace to another name. Restart fme GUI sessions re-login (slower than 1st option) So can a 'replace' option in the upload to fmeserver from desktop to force the changes... to the same workspace. Maybe a replace, append or modified mode option? If possible.

@FMELizard, thank you for posting this idea. In part due to the age of this posting and the lack of any votes by the FME Community we have decided to close this idea.
The behaviour described here would warrant further investigation and potentially a bug fix in the product. This does not reflect how the "Republish to FME Server" option in FME Workbench is meant to operate.
If anyone is experiencing this behaviour, please consider contacting Safe Support.
