Remove the default behavior for Next Action (on canvas in FME Flow Hosted)

The Next Action boxes appears on the FME Flow Hosted Canvas too often. This makes for a messy and confusing canvas.

Example:

1. Delete all the Next Actions on the canvas
2. Start automation
3. Stop Automation
4. Next Action boxes re-appear

my idea is to remove this behavior or give the user the ability to toggle it off.
