After an Active Directory group is imported, synchronization will add any new Active Directory users within that group to FME Server Users.

Currently if an Active Directory user is removed from the Active Directory group or is deleted and FME Server is synchronized, the group is removed from the role on FME Server, but the FME Server User remains

Manually removing the account sometimes gets missed. I would like to be able to remove those accounts from FME Server. For organizations that heavily use Active Directory it would be nice to have a checkbox option to automatically remove Active Directory type accounts that have been removed from Active Directory or an imported group.

Optionally disabling them would be even better. If you prefer to delete manually and select which colleague gets the user's objects.

I am on FME Flow 2025.2.4 and still noticing that if members of the AD Group that is being imported into FME are removed from AD, that they still remain in FME Flow and trigger warnings in the System Events. I was expecting that the sync isn’t just a one-way add from AD to FME flow, but would also include an option for removal or deactivation of such accounts, with the option of assigning a default admin account to become the owner of their content in case of deletion.
