Redesign Navigator pane, Add Readers and Writers tree nodes (Groups)

It's good to see consistency everywhere in FME Desktop.

To match the main menu commands names reflected in the Navigator pane, please add two main nodes to group Readers and Writers, this will make it easier and faster to head directly towards the Readers or Writers.

So it will look like this:

--+Readers

--+Writers

--+Transformers

--+Bookmarks

--+..
