In our company, we need to recreate the server every 3 months. I would be REALLY handy to have the new server get to old server's setup via a transfer.

There is the option to create a backup and restore it on another server. That won't do any external libraries (e.g. ArcGIS stuff, extra python libraries and so on) but it's a start.
