Readers and published parameters

Hi there,

I just wonder why FME ask us for information for a parameter that is used in a disabled reader. I understand that a published parameter can be use many time and this include reader/writers enabled or disabled, but if the parameter is used only on disabled parameter, it could be convenient to not ask the user to specify it.

Currently i have to delete the published parameter once reader disabled.
