The ability to read Custom (as opposed to General or Summary) DWG file properties would be extremely useful. It appears the only way to extract file properties from a DWG file without first starting AutoCAD or the AutoCAD Core Console is to use the RealDWG SDK (which is a separately licensed product).
Certainly for other documents in xref, that would be very useful!
