FME Server has a great new feature to group workbenches together into Projects and then export/import.

It would be great to see and option to publish/promote your project to the nest step in your workflow from dev > test >prod by publishing a project directly to an FME server in another environment.

While publishing a project it would great to be able to configure published parameters (set data sources, paths...)

We have a pretty comprehensive story now relating to migrating workflows between different environments. See the documentation here for the changes that have been made. We have enhanced Projects and added support for Deployment Paramters.
