hi there, it could be a good idea to be able to add pinned annotations on a workbench for important messages or things to keep in mind for a workbench, so that no matter where you scroll in the workbench the pinned annotation will show in the exact same place. Ideally the annotations would be around the sides of the workspace frame

Information like current things to add in the workspace, things to fix, coordinate systems to use, reminders to turn on important settings, anything that future developers need to keep in mind when editing, important contacts regarding developing the workspace, certain reasons for doing things a certain way throughout a workspace that are easy to forget.
All these things could get lost if they are annotated at a certain section of a large workspace. Would be good to have things right there in your face for things to keep in mind that affect the entire workspace. Especially if the workspace is being edited by more than one person
