Hi,

It would be awsome if it was possible to parameterize which interpreter to use. (store the settings in the fmw workspace) This would make FME much better to work with different python environments and it would be easy to work with different python virtual environments.

@safe I know this won't get many upvotes because I think this i rarely used by people, but please, please look into this anyway. For example it could be possible to pack fme templates with specialized python interpreters. In cases where you want to use third party libraries which is not included in the standard library. You could then share templates easily without the recipient needing to install anything.

Hello,

I am really amazed that this idea is not widely supported! Are there any updates on the usage of python virtualenv in fme?
