ParameterFetcher, create user parameter

I would be nice to be able to create a user parameter by right clicking in the Parameter Name column, and select "Create User Parameter" from the dropdown dialog.


Sometimes you build your workspace backwards, and want to create a User Parameter to assign a value to an existing attribute.
