Like QGIS have qgiscloud (qgiscloud.com), there should be an option to do similar stuff with FME. The concept is easy, as long as you stay under 50MB it's free, if you exceed you get prompted with options to pay for your amount to upload. Then you also get a wms for your data, a webpage to view your data, and much more. And yes, I have read this https://community.safe.com/s/bridea/a0r4Q00000HbsFvQAJ/fme-cloud-free-for-private-use?orderby=Recent¤tpage=3 and this https://community.safe.com/s/bridea/a0r4Q00000Hbr2VQAR/fme-server-home-edition , but I couldn't make them fit exactly with my idea.
