Option to promote transformers in Navigator window

I think it could be useful to promote transformers out of the 'Transformers' branch of the navigator to sit at the top level.

I was initially thinking just for FeatureReaders/Writers as they are really just as significant as the other readers and writers in a workspace, maybe the concept of 'pinning' a transform to the navigator tree, and FeatureReaders/Writers are pinned by default?
