Named "Saved As" Defaults

In all parameter boxes, there is today an option to "Save As My Defaults". This would extend this to allow named sets of defaults so you could have several setups that you flip between in a parameter box.

This idea has been implemented for FME Desktop 2019.0--users now have the ability to save, load, and set default parameter presets for transformers, readers, or writers. Presets allow you to save your own sets of parameter values so you can easily use them again and override the FME default values.
