Mobile GeoDB Reader: Allow removing "main." Prefix from Featuretypes

Reading data from the Esri Mobile Geodatabase will always prefix Tables/FeatureClasses with "main."

According to Esri this is the logical database name. It seems this is mainly caused by Esri logics and NOT by SQLite.

It would be helpful if the reader had an option to remove this. Similar to what Oracle reader (and maybe others) also allows to do.
