It looks like in FME 2017 email attachments path is not configurable anymore and is set to
$(FME_SHAREDRESOURCE_SYSTEM)temp/emailattachments
It would be handy to be able to configure this parameter via config file.

This has been released for FME Server 2018.1 and Newer. Configuration must be done in the Web Interface.
