Maintain 3D (z) placement of planes created with sectorgenerator

the SectorGenerator[v1] transformer currently ignores the Z location of the input feature points used to create the sector planes.

it would be nice to have a flag to honor that placement 'treat features as 3D' or as 2D. But i would like it to honor the inbound data whatever that may be. I usually feed this transformer 3D points and have to reset the sector planes using the Z or calculated Z placement offset after this transformer using a 3Dforcer.

Extra credit : It would also be nice to have the azimuth angle dialog box use either an attribute or *new option* to key in 0 as a default in this menu dialog box. @shapefile
