Spent 30 minutes scratching my head why LineCombiner wouldn't merge together some segments on a common Attribute, until figured out that it refused to combine line segments that had a common Attribute, but had unequal Geometry traits (that had been picked up from an earlier GeometryValidator that checked for 2D self-intersections). In most case as the LineCombiner is a type of merger/dissolver, would it be better for the default behaviour to ignore if Geometry traits were equal or not? There is a workaround in using a GeometryPropertyRemover prior to LineCombiner, but maybe at the very least this should be in LineCombiner's usage notes in the Help.
