Hi there,
Currently when you upload a web connection to FME Flow from the Web Connections list in FME Form, it tells you dependencies exist and asks if you want to upload and overwrite dependencies. If you click no it does nothing, and if you click yes it uploads and overwrites the web service.
I think this dialog box should mirror the workflow when you publish a workspace. This would provide a more consistent user experience.
