Allow ability to selectively 'Ignore Failed Transformers'. This would be very useful with notifier-type transformers such as Emailer or SlackConnector when a web connection cannot be made and their actions/output are not crucial to the workspace. If some transformers can be selectively ignored, then simultaneous workspaces processes that are important to the user will not be stopped.

Could also be stated as "Ignore unavailable Web Connection"

If such transformers have a <Rejected> port, then you just need to ensure that rejected port is "disarmed" and you'd have your desired result. That would be the preferred way to solve this, and is already well implemented in a large # of xformers. Perhaps we just need to track which ones still need "the treatment".
