Is it possible to add an "Ignore Failed FeatureReaders" workspace parameter, in the same way as it is possible to "Ignore Failed Readers"?

The FME documentation says "If all readers in the workspace fail, FME aborts the translation, regardless of this setting. For more control over which features to read, consider using a FeatureReader transformer ." However, I don't know what that means. It would be better to put the "Ignore Failed" on the FeatureReader itself.

I've never seen it confirmed as functionality, but if you handle the feature from the rejected port on a FeatureReader by connecting a transformer to it, then the workspace will continue even if the Rejected Feature Handling is set to Terminate Translation
