This would also be nice for when you have to read the kml_description attribute from a Google KML file and it contains an HTML table.

I was trying this out but ran into a situation where the table had two lines of header. It would be nice if it had the ability to specify the header row. (Similar to what the CSV and Excel readers can do .)
