GeoTIFF and TIFF readers to identify BigTIFF files

It may not be obvious if a TIFF/GeoTIFF a classic TIFF file or a BigTIFF file.

It would be handy if the TIFF Reader and the GeoTIFF Reader could provide this information. Maybe the format attributes tiff_type and geotiff_type can be used, or add another attribute, like tiff_is_bigtiff.
