Fuzzy Tolerance on RasterBandCombiner

It would be nice if the RasterBandCombiner would accept rasters whose's x and y spacing differ only by floating point precision errors.

Usually it takes some pre-processing to harmonize the raster bands, in terms of spacing, coordinate systems, etc. before you combine them. Because floating point is an approximation of a coordinate.
