An option like 'Run command' in the Transfer type dropdown with a 'Comand(s) to run' text box which runs the commands in the URL directory and returns the server responses would be great.

It would save Python/WinSCP calls to run mv, chmod, cp, (mkdir, rmdir ;) ), etc commands.
