Expose an OpenAPI document for FME Server Webhooks.
We are increasingly using FME Server Webhook as a method for creating REST API endpoints for third-party developers to build against. It would be very powerful for FME Server webhooks to expose OpenAPI specifications.

To set expectations: we aren't planning to expose an OpenAPI document for FME Flow Webhooks specifically. Instead, we recommend using Data Virtualization—a feature that didn't exist when this idea was first posted. It's purpose-built for turning workspaces into REST API endpoints for third-party developers.
You can already access the OpenAPI document from the Data Virtualization manage/list views for each API that you have created.
