It would be great if an admin could add a message to a user or group - and this would be displayed at the frontpage of the user after logging in. Ideas for what could be shown here:

- Maintenance notice: Will be down for maintenance x-y

- Uptime notice: Only up between 9am and 4 pm

- Other message:

-- For help - go to this URL

-- For assistance, call XXX

    We are releasing this feature with FME Server 2020.0! It is available in the latest betas right now.

    You are able to select from three severity levels, each highlighting the message with a different colour background: Info (blue), Warn (yellow), and Critical (red).

    The message content supports markdown formatting, including images.

    There is a separate management interface for admins (create, disable, delete), and the message will be displayed on the home page for all users – each user may dismiss any message.
